The Guild objectives are to propagate and encourage the development of arts and crafts on Block Island.

A 501c3, the Guild donates 10% of all sales at the fairs to art scholarships for Block Island School students.

Seasonal fairs are held on Sundays, from June to October on the Block Island Historical Society Grounds.
